The people services team at Barchester Healthcare continually strive to enhance our employee experience and employee journey. We are in the process of expanding our team and as a result of an internal movement, we are seeking an exceptional individual to join us as a Senior HR Business Partner. The role will involve leading and coaching your divisional HR Business Partners to ensure they deliver an effective and efficient business partnering service. Reporting to the Head of People Services, the role will work hand in hand with the other divisional Senior HR Business Partners, ER Manager, and the HR Services Manager to provide expert HR advice, guidance, and support to Managers on all people issues. You will act as the point of escalation for all high risk people-related issues and changes, identifying risks, and posing solutions as appropriate. You will take accountability for the delivery of key HR initiatives across the division and work in collaboration with leadership teams to develop, improve, and implement programmes and plans including change initiatives.
This is a remote role, however, regular travel may be required to services and occasional travel may be required to the company offices in Inverness.

Experience of people management and project leadership
Current HR experience gained at a senior level in a large complex organisation with multiple stakeholders
Able to simplify complex problems, processes, and projects into meaningful commercial outcomes
Full UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel where needed
