About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic flexible individual to help on matchdays.

Role:

  • This dual role involves managing ticket sales and providing outstanding customer service in our club shop/retail area.

Key Responsibilities

Ticketing Assistant:

  • Assist fans with purchasing matchday tickets.
  • Manage ticket collections and enquiries at the ticket office.
  • Handle card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide information on seating arrangements, ticket prices, and club policies.

Retail:

  • Assist customers in the club shop with purchasing merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and inviting retail environment.
  • Restock merchandise and ensure displays are appealing.
  • Process transactions and manage inventory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

About You

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle large crowds.
  • Flexibility to work in both ticketing and retail roles as needed.
  • Previous experience in retail or ticketing is desirable but not essential.
