As a Macro Compliance Advisory Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance and expertise on regulatory compliance matters at a macro level. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, you will assess regulatory developments, analyze their implications, and develop proactive compliance strategies to ensure the bank's adherence to regulatory requirements.
Stay abreast of global regulatory developments and macroeconomic trends impacting the financial services industry.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the potential impact of regulatory changes on the bank's operations and compliance framework.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement proactive compliance strategies and initiatives.
Provide expert guidance on compliance best practices, risk mitigation strategies, and regulatory interpretations.
Act as a subject matter expert on regulatory matters, delivering insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with regulatory authorities, industry organizations, and external partners to stay ahead of emerging regulatory trends.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in compliance roles within the financial services industry, specializing in regulatory advisory or macro compliance.
Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks and macroeconomic trends impacting the banking sector.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and assess their implications.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compliance strategies in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
