The Farm Sales Advisor is a field-based position within the Lincolnshire region. If you are passionate about promoting sustainable farming practices and have experience in sales within the farming industry, we encourage you to apply below Responsibilities Growing and expanding sales of our premium products including fertilisers, soil conditioners, and animal nutrition/welfare solutions on farms. You will build long-term relationships with the local farming community as you will formulate customised recommendations to farmers, by conducting comprehensive soil, crop, and livestock analysis. Advise farmers on speciality products, understanding their challenges. Plan your own days/weeks with the comprehensive CRM system. Building long term working relationships with new and existing distributors To be successful in this role, you will need: Demonstrable agricultural sales experience Strong communication skills and commercial awareness, with the ability to build good relationships with farmers and growers The ability to work independently in a field-based role A full clean UK driving license FACTS qualified (or be willing to work towards this) Benefits Competitive annual salary + uncapped monthly commission 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays Company car + fuel card Employee reward and discount scheme Pension Opportunity for Growth We value our employees and are committed to supporting their personal and professional development.
