Our Personal Healthcare business (Vicks, Seven Seas, Oral-B) is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager for Life Cycle Management, in an exciting role to help us build regulatory capability for medicines in and outside Europe.

In this role you will:
  • Grow and maintain a major portfolio predominantly for the European region, lead and project-manage expansion of existing dossiers to new markets and lead regulatory innovation based on current products, and day to day changes to our existing products/dossiers keeping them on the market.
  • Act as as the point contact for our local regulatory colleagues, who manage local market and authority interactions and across other multi-functional teams.
  • Build medicinal capability within Regulatory Affairs Life Cycle Management and ensure medicinal aspects are well reflected in projects, work processes, and systems.
  • Coordinate Regulatory Life Cycle Management activities for Medicinal products, across multiple countries within and outside Europe for expansions to new markets, variations, renewals and answering health authority requests.
  • Maintain Global Master Dossiers and compile, review, and provide dossiers for local registration and compliance to achieve variations for the specific product portfolio.
  • Advise the organization of potential regulatory risks in normal day to day activities and recommend compliant actions.
  • Provide strategic input into Regional Product labelling and approval to enable commercial activation of product launches.

Job Qualifications

What we are looking for:
  • Masters’ Degree in Life-Sciences

  • A strong interest in Regulatory Affairs with experience in medicinal products. You will need at least two years regulatory affairs experience, preferably in consumer health and across multiple regulatory classification areas

  • Strong motivation for dossier maintenance and product change management

  • Skilled in working with complex regulatory databases.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a matrix environment to build superior relationships with stakeholders.
