Field Service Engineer
Provide onsite technical support and service for customer equipment, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Install, repair, and maintain a range of equipment, including troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components.
Conduct equipment tests and performance evaluations to ensure optimal functionality.
Document service activities, including detailed reports and relevant customer interactions.
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
Openness to working overtime and staying overnight as needed to meet workload demands.
70/30 Electrical Bias
~ In-depth knowledge and experience in electrical, electronics, PLC (Siemens S5/S7) systems, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
~ Strong technical background with experience in equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
~ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
