We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Colleague Listening & Engagement Lead to spearhead the implementation of our new Colleague Listening & Engagement Strategy. This is a pivotal role that will involve shaping and executing employee engagement initiatives, including annual, pulse, and lifecycle surveys, and advising senior leaders on best practices to enhance the employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture.
Employee Listening & Engagement Tools: Collaborate with external survey providers to design and execute our new employee engagement surveys. Qualtrics Tools Management: Provide leaders with the resources and training needed to take meaningful action based on survey results.
Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data from various listening channels to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Use these insights to guide decisions on policies, practices, and interventions that will improve engagement.
Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with leadership and management teams to align on improvement actions. Recommend additional listening mechanisms, such as focus groups, to further understand employee needs and concerns.
Communication: Lead communication efforts around the launch of new surveys. Ensure clear and effective communication between employees and leadership regarding survey results and subsequent improvement actions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Location: Hybrid role based in Warwick or Wokingham (with approximately 1-2 days a week in the office).
Contract Duration: 6 months, with the potential for extension based on project needs.
