Electrical Compliance Surveyor up to £37,051
Permanent,Full Time

Working within the Fire, Electrical & Asbestos compliance team, the successful candidate will be required to provide an essential service to meet the compliance legislation and guidance regarding electrical workstreams. You will also assist with the preparation and delivery of planned and programmed installation and maintenance contracts in regard to EICRs and electrical rewires, ensuring that compliance, efficiency and high standards are maintained.

Undertake site supervision and monitoring of work in progress
liaise with contractors and tenants for the effective delivery of the works.
Carry out Health and Safety inspections
Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with quality and assurance activities.

A proven ability to review Electrical Certification (DEICR, DEIC)
A flexible and enthusiastic approach
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
A basic knowledge of fire alarm detection systems and fire door surveys (training can be provided to the right candidate)
