The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial fit outs and a keen eye for detail. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and competitiveness of their project bids. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial fit out projects.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for bids.
Conduct thorough cost analysis and pricing negotiations to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Continuously monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Estimator in the commercial construction industry, with specific experience in fit outs highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex project requirements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
