Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering top-notch care? We're hiring on behalf of our client, a leading care home that's dedicated to providing person-centred care and supporting the independence of its residents. 06 per hour plus paid breaks. With over 75 years of experience in healthcare, they're committed to training their staff in the latest clinical and social care developments.

Responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home.
Observing, medicating, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans.
Providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practices continually.
Ensuring policies and standards meet high clinical standards.
Assisting with all Care Quality Commission (CQC) tasks.
