Due to the continued success of our digital learning division and growing demand for our services internationally, IKM Testing in Aberdeen is looking for a creative and motivated junior eLearning designer to join our highly innovative and dynamic design team. As a junior eLearning designer, you will play a key role in developing modern and engaging digital learning content for our global organisation and external clients. This role will involve closely collaborating with our in-house digital learning and 3D visualisation experts to produce industry-leading online training solutions. Content Development
Work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and content requirements.
Support with the design and development of instructional material, presentations, eLearning modules, courses, and multimedia content using authoring tools and graphic design software.
Develop multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, audio, and video to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of eLearning content.
Quality Assurance
Review and test learning materials for accuracy, functionality, and adherence to design standards.
Implement feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of eLearning materials.
 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, and project managers, to achieve project goals and deadlines.

 
Professional Development

Adhere to company’s policies and procedures.


Qualifications Required (Technical, Professional, Academic)
 
HNC/HND in instructional design, eLearning development, graphic design, or a related field or 1 years’ experience in a similar role.


Keen interest in digital learning and multimedia design.
Experience using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
 
Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Basic knowledge of coding languages or web design.
