The Difference you will make
As a Senior Programme Lead you will have day to day responsibility for the co-ordination and high-quality delivery of defined Bauer Academy learning and apprenticeship programmes, with a focus on marketing & content creation programmes. You will be the main point of contact for learners which will include delivering workshops, regular progress reviews and end point assessment preparation sessions.

Your role
Management of allocated apprenticeship programmes with in Marketing & Content Creation.
Manage scheduling, timetabling, initial assessment and onboarding of learners.
Delivery of workshops, online and face to face.
Provide marking and feedback on coursework in a timely manner.
Track assignments, DDT (OTJ) hours, and workshop attendance.
Carry out learner/line manager progress reviews every 10-12 weeks.
Obtain/supply all programme workshop materials/workbooks and ensure that these are uploaded on to the Learning Management System.
Ensure that all EPA activity runs smoothly for learners.
Supporting delivery on other programmes and provisions hosted by Bauer Academy

The Skills you will bring:
Industry experience within Marketing & content creation.
Experience as an engaging and enthusiastic presenter/facilitator.
Demonstratable coaching skill.
Excellent time and project management skills.
Strong I.T. literacy e.g. able to manage Learner Management Systems and online teaching techniques.

Working Pattern/Location
This is a Hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home ad one of our offices in Peterborough, Manchester or London. It is 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations.
