Are you an experienced SEN or Primary Teacher who is looking for a new opportunity? Are you passionate about making a difference in and working with special needs children?

The School

Reeson education is currently recruiting for an Independent Outreach Service in Newham. This unique provision provides quality education for children with diagnosed Special Needs such as Autism, Dyslexia and ADHD as well as Sensory prossessing issues and Speech and Language Communication needs. The School is highly successful in delivering each child with a unique learning programme, 1 to 1 tuition and intervention

Previous experience of teaching / supporting students with SEN. (Skillfully able to plan effective lessons and differentiate based on each child individual needs
Aware of the procedure with regards to safeguarding in a school environment
Ability to develop rapport with SEN individuals
Training teachers and TAs from mainstream school settings on best practise for teaching studenst with Autism
You will be responsible for working 1-1 with your students in different schools across the borough and working in partnership with school staff and families
Use relevant resources to help each student understand the learning objective
