Role Overview: The Associate role involves conducting international primary and secondary research, including surveys, executive interviews, data analysis, and report writing. This role requires both quantitative and qualitative research skills and encompasses a variety of activities such as reports, consulting, newsletters, and conference participation.

Conduct primary and secondary research, including surveys and executive interviews.
Analyze data and statistics, providing insightful and accurate reports.
Participate in consulting projects, newsletters, and conferences.
Collaborate effectively within project teams while managing individual responsibilities.
Gradually take on increased project management responsibilities.

A strong academic background.
Ideally, some work experience (not necessarily in research).
Excellent communication, writing, and numerical skills.
Native-standard proficiency in written and spoken English.
Skill in building relationships with research contacts globally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Fluency in another language is preferable, with a preference for Spanish or Italian.
