We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to become an integral part of our maintenance team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on machinery maintenance and continuous improvement.
Machinery Maintenance: Perform routine and corrective maintenance on a variety of production equipment.
Preventive Maintenance: Execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure machinery operates efficiently and downtime is minimized.
Identify and implement initiatives to improve equipment performance and overall production efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machinery performance.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Shift Pattern: Double days (Monday to Friday) with flexibility required

Experience: Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, preferably within the food manufacturing industry, though candidates from other industries are welcome.
Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance practices.
Engineering Discipline: Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Effective troubleshooting abilities for mechanical and electrical issues.
Competitive salary of £49,462 per annum
