Are you a recent Psychology graduate with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN) in Christchurch? Are you currently studying Psychology and keen to gain relevant experience around your degree? GSL Education is dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to children with special educational needs in the schools based in Christchurch as a SEN Teaching Assistant. We believe in creating inclusive environments where every child has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers to provide tailored support and assistance to students with special educational needs. Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
Monitoring and recording student progress, and communicating with teachers and parents/carers.
A degree in Psychology or a related field.
Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.
Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
Additional qualifications in education or psychology.
