We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team in Dubai. As a pivotal part of our digital transformation journey, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring they are both intuitive and engaging. Your expertise will help us deliver seamless and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet the needs of our diverse user base, driving our mission to provide outstanding digital experiences.

What you will do
  • Design and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance usability.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Perform usability testing and resolve any UI/UX issues.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources effectively.
  • Provide strategic design thinking in line with the company’s goals and user needs.
  • Prototype for new product ideas and iterate based on user feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.
  • Experience in coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS, and comparable languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience with user research and usability testing.
  • Creativity and willingness to work on mobile and web applications.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with strong project management skills.
  • Must be under 35 years of age.
