Having recently won a new contract and now looking to take on more students & apprentices, this education institution has exciting growth plans and is one of the top engineering apprenticeship providers in the country. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to apprentices going for their Electrical qualifications. You will also work alongside the delivery team to help improve & develop the Electrical curriculum & course material. You will play an important part in inspiring apprentices to fulfil their potential and develop the skills to become a qualified engineer.
The successful candidate for this role will be have knowledge and experience of Electrical Engineering. They will hold a Level 3 qualification and have a solid level of industry experience. They will be willing to work towards obtaining a Teaching qualification.
This opportunity would suit an Electrician or Electrical Engineer who wants to make a career change and help other people by making an impact on the next generation of engineers work for an employer that will invest heavily in their training, has excellent career prospects on offer and provides a generous range of benefits.
The Role:

  • Delivering training sessions to engineering apprentices
  • Liaising with employers & apprentices to monitor the apprentices' progress
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to improve & develop the training materials


The Person:

  • Electrical Engineering Experience
  • Level 3 Qualification
  • Strong industry background
  • Willing to work towards obtaining a Teaching qualification
