Job Description

Head of Digital Marketing UK - Smile Therapy is a UK brand selling at home oral care products varying from teeth cleaning to teeth whitening. We have 100,000+ customers globally and are looking to take our digital marketing to the next level We're looking for the perfect individual who has vast knowledge and experience in digital marketing (prepare to provide proof) to reach and exceed our marketing goals. Looking for a hardworking individual, dedicated to getting the job done and willing to work effortlessly to ensure and see the growth and success of Smile Therapy. Someone with the energy and drive to generate new ideas, produce content and drive campaigns through from start to finish. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the pathway for Smile Therapy's digital marketing success globally.

• Support the brand teams in planning and delivering product, campaign and promotion launches

• Collaborate with our external agencies to maximize the value of our partnerships and establish a strategic road map for the development of our brand.

• Analyse and report on the performance of all our digital marketing channels

• Stay updated on ecommerce and performance marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

What we’re looking for in a candidate:

• Professional with experience and knowledge in: Google Ads, Facebook/ Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre, Amazon Ads, Klaviyo Email Marketing & Shopify as a whole.

• Creative and unique approaches to marketing e.g TV Ads with a hands on approach to see projects through from start to finish.

• Experienced Digital Marketing professional who has been ‘hands-on’ with all of the responsibilities outlined above

• Track record in improving online sales performance, conversion, AOV, ROAS and Minimising customer drop off

• Very high professional standards and attention to detail

• Self-starter team player who thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced, dynamic environment who is very comfortable with technology and learns new software quickly

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a close eye for detail

• A strategic thinker, with strengths in multi-tasking and prioritising.

• Experience in running digital marketing ads internationally - requirement.

• Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics

• Experience in obtaining and working with content creators to create engaging content for viewers

• Experience and professional in running social media accounts. - Facebook, Instagram, Tik- tok, LinkedIn etc.

Experienced in creating and implementing B2B marketing campaigns

Experience in Oral Care/FMCG is an advantage.

Experience in running ad accounts with spends of minimum £100,000+ monthly. – be prepared to show historical success.

Show previous marketing campaign success in a BEB setting.

Salary is £40K - £45K per annum, , Depending On Experience.
