What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Driving a selling culture within your team.
  • Leading your team to deliver excellent customer service and hit store targets.
  • Delivering an inspirational, improved, and consistent visual customer journey in-store which inspires our customers to shop and buy more often.
  • Utilising and exploiting data & Management Information to support operational decisions.
  • Implementing a continuous improvement mentality.

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include:

  • A superb knowledge of Retail.
  • A proven leadership track record and the ability to lead effectively through ambiguity.
  • Comfortable having difficult conversations and able to achieve effective resolutions with both colleagues and line managers.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities whilst maintaining an excellent standard and working with pace.
  • Demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness to change and the ability to lead teams through change with a growth mentality.
