The responsibilities of the Client Support Executive

Demonstrate excellent customer service and sales skills, placing the company at the heart of every interaction.
Efficiently handle telephone inquiries, demonstrating professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
Thrive on making the business easy to work with for both internal and external stakeholders.
Embrace challenges and proactively contribute to achieving business objectives.

Display outstanding communication skills, over the telephone.
Collaborate seamlessly with team members to achieve collective goals.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of performance.

The requirements of the Client Support Executive

Previous experience in a client support or sales role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable dealing with customers over the telephone.
Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced work environment.
A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
