Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with 30 minute lunch break
To work closely alongside the Office Manager and Admin Team to provide efficient and high-quality reception and administrative support for the clinical team, support services team and senior management team.
You will address enquiries over the phone, by email and face to face.
Provide administrative support to clinical staff, support coordinators, support workers and the senior management team.
Maintain data integrity and data security of clinical and staff information.
Undertake general office duties including responsibility for professional appearance of public office spaces.
Excellent teamwork skills and an aptitude for helping other people.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
