Role & Responsibilities: Reporting to the production manager, this role will see you managing a small team of team leaders and technical operators. Involvement in trials of new products and materials. Management of tooling and spares. Organising planned maintenance tasks through PPM and TPM's. Practices of 5S. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Time served mechanical apprenticeship Experience working in a technical role - experience with 5S, tooling, continuous improvement and troubleshooting machinery. Having experience in an FMCG environment will be beneficial.
