Technical Recruitment Resourcer

Our client specialises in connecting exceptional talent with organisations at the forefront of high-performance engineering. These sectors include Advanced Engineering & Technology, F1 & Motorsport, Applied Sciences, Automotive and Electric Vehicles.

Your role:

  • Lead Recruitment Projects: Drive resource strategies to engage top candidates.
  • Assess Talent: Conduct initial screening calls to match candidates to roles.
  • Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Support candidates as they transition into new positions. Manage and update candidate databases, tracking progress effectively.
  • Facilitate Interviews: Coordinate schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Communicators: Confident and personable, with the ability to engage, assess, and connect with candidates effectively.
  • Highly Organised: Detail-oriented multitaskers who can juggle priorities.
  • Experienced: A background in Sales, Recruitment, Retail, or HR is ideal.
  • Adaptable: Thrives in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
