Our client is a long-established law firm based in Cornwall. They are Lexcel Accredited by the Law Society in recognition of the excellent service their Solicitors offer. Many of their lawyers have also been accredited individually, in recognition of their excellence in their individual specialist fields.In addition, their Family & Divorce Solicitorsare members ofResolution; an organisation whose members commit themselves to promoting a non-confrontational approach to resolving family matters, including the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution. The aim of this organisation is to encourage solutions that consider the needs of the whole family – and in particular the best interests of any children.

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Family Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner to deal with Private Family Law to take on an existing caseload.

Experience required:

  • Divorce & matrimonial disputes
  • Separation agreements
  • Co-habitation disputes
  • Financial settlements upon divorce, separation and civil partnership dissolution
  • Pre-nuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements
  • Children (including contact, residence, relocation and parental responsibility)
  • Marketing & Business development skills

Our client has adopted a hybrid working model going forward, this is a full-time role which will include a minimum of two office days a week. They have a case management software, digital dictation etc.

The salary is very competitive salary and dependent upon experience.

This role will be based in Truro, close to car parking and public transport links, with the office convenientlylocated just metres away from the main Courts.
