Business Analyst / Consultant - Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Location: Flexible
Job Type: Full-Time

Our team of experts help organisations streamline their project processes, achieve strategic alignment, and maximise resource utilisation.
As a Business Analyst specialising in PPM solutions, you will work closely with consultants and clients to gather business requirements, analyse data, and translate them into actionable insights for implementing our PPM software. You will be instrumental in ensuring our clients achieve their project management goals through our tools, providing critical support in requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and training.
We offer a competitive salary and a discretionary performance-based bonus. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their project management needs, business processes, and challenges. Document detailed business requirements for PPM tool implementations.
Data Analysis: Analyse client data to identify trends, resource needs, and process inefficiencies. Use insights to recommend best-fit PPM solutions that align with business goals.
Solution Design: Develop detailed specifications for PM3 configurations, workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions to meet client requirements. Translate business needs into functional requirements for technical teams.
New Release Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support during new product release phases, including release notes, testing, and integration with existing systems.
User Training & Support: Develop training materials and update end user Help articles including delivery of webinar sessions to end-users, ensuring smooth rollouts and adoption of the PPM software. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between clients, internal Development team and the Consulting team to ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations. Maintain regular communication to manage project timelines and scope.
Stay updated on the latest trends in PPM and project management technologies.
A relevant Bachelor’s degree.
Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in PPM, project management, or software industry. Experience with PPM tools like Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Clarity, or other project management software with excellent presentation skills is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of PPM software functionalities, PMO processes, project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Basic knowledge of SQL or other database management tools is a plus. Excellent command of English – both written and spoken.
A confident and dynamic personality with strong communication skills and eager to expand your knowledge about Project, Programme and Portfolio management.
