Account Executive - Insurance Specialist

Location: Tunbridge Wells TN1 (Kent)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday (Apply online only) (35hrs paid)
Salary: Competitive and negotiable.

This is not a hybrid role.

Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a strong commercial or motor trade insurance background.
Cert CII is an advantage.
Qualifications for Motor Insurance / Commercial Insurance RQF's / IF8
Understanding the UK insurance market, including trends, risks, and regulatory factors.
Honesty, integrity, capability, and financial soundness as required under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)

Key Responsibilities

Selling insurance packages.
Provide quotes for new business and renewals.
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients over the phone and via email to ensure retention and sales targets are maximised.
Understand the service you are selling and evidence this in your calls with potential customers ensuring that all product information is clear, fair, and not misleading, allowing the customer to make an informed decision.
Understand the legal principles of insurance and insurance contracts and legal obligations.
Calculate new business premiums.
