Position: Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning by overseeing classes in the absence of regular teachers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking valuable experience in education and classroom management.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and learning materials provided by teaching staff.
  • Manage classroom behavior and ensure adherence to school policies and procedures.
  • Support students in their learning and provide assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and administrative personnel to address any concerns or issues that arise during the school day.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively and maintain discipline.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments and with students of varying ages and abilities.
