Commercial Content Lead

Description

The Commercial Content Lead will be responsible for communicating with our market via all relevant channels including (but not limited to) tenders, pre sales benefits projects, web content and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a unified content strategy across all Thalamos channels
  • Assume the lead on all commercially focused content creation
  • Working alongside the Product Team to develop methodologies for effectively communicating existing functionality and proposed product roadmap
  • Working alongside the Client Team develop methodologies to effectively engage with client organisations and educate them on the benefits of Thalamos' products
  • Support clients to achieve recognition for their digitisation programmes, eg. applying for awards or similar.
  • Leverage existing and new channels to support the education of Mental Health stakeholders in the potential for care improvements via Thalamos products
  • Lead on Thalamos' response to formal tenders and bid requirements
  • Establish Thalamos' voice as a thought leader and expert within Mental Health care provision across all Healthcare, Digital, and Health Tech channels
