The purpose of this role is to assist with the day-to-day leadership of the identified curriculum area and support the Head of Department/Faculty or SLT line manager to achieve the required quality of teaching, learning and educational outcomes across the subject curriculum.
Set challenging teaching and learning objectives which are relevant to all students in your
Select and prepare a range of resources that take in to account all students’ learning needs,
languages and cultural backgrounds
Apply a range of teaching strategies to deliver learning objectives and incorporate inclusive
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
-Proven experience in delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
