Position Type: 5-6 shifts available per week - Full-Time / Weekends
*Self Employed Delivery Driver -Multistop deliveries for a major retail client \*\**
*\*\*Note : We provide a van , insurance and fuel to our self employed sub contractors- No van rental or maintenance cost liability to the driver\*\**

*Multidrop Van (Self Employed) drivers required for our rapidly expanding operations in Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire - All candidates must have a full UK license held over a minimum period of 2 years and can't have more than 6 SP points (No IN, DD, DR , TT ). *
*\*\*Planned multiple drop routes in an already established delivery area with a number of other drivers working in the similar postcodes .You will report to our Bardon depot near Coalville for our major retail client contract.
* Multi-drop deliveries, parcels of varying size and weight (up to 23kg max)
* Self employed sub-contractor basis
● Load your van with your days parcels
● Use GPS technology to locate correct delivery location
● Use a delivery device to complete deliveries accurately, safely and to required quality standards - We pay for daily device usage
● Provide excellent customer service at all times, polite and professional in all dealings with customer, colleagues and warehouse staff
● Best industry /sector pay rates .
● Well-equipped manual & automatic vans provided during work shifts
● Uniform, fuel, insurance and delivery device provided at no cost to driver
● Weekly pay, starting at 2 weeks & 3 days in arrears followed by rolling weekly payments
● Flexible working days, including weekends

● Driving License*: Valid Full *UK driving license (No IN, DD, DR, TT, DG Points please)*
* *A minimum of *2 years driving experience (manual or automatic)*.
* *Excellent communication skills and must be contactable for the duration of the shift .
*Compensation Details:*
*Base Daily rate * : £134.Seasonal Bonus*:\*\* All routes completed between 27th October up until Christmas 2024 will be subject to a £12.50 daily rate uplift and will be added on your base rates. During this period we will offer a day rate of £149.Quality Bonus*: Qualifying drivers get an additional £5.00 per day as routine daily quality bonus . Takes your day rate to £155.Please note we do not advertise any un-solicited Seasonal and Joining Bonus options for our candidates as we have a long standing record in the sector and our pay rates are always top tier due to our long term commitment with our client - Our drivers on average earn more than our industry counterparts - Details are discussed only during Site visits and Interviews \*\*
