Your mission
Wir suchen eine dynamische und ehrgeizige Person, die unser Team als Financial Analyst verstärkt. Diese Position, die direkt dem Chief Financial Officer (CFO) unterstellt ist und eng mit ihm zusammenarbeitet, bietet eine aufregende Gelegenheit für jemanden, der seine Karriere im Finanzbereich in einem schnelllebigen und dynamischen Umfeld starten möchte.
Die Aufgaben sind die folgenden:
- Unterstützung bei der Finanzberichterstattung und -analyse, einschließlich Prognosen und Geschäftsplänen
- Überwachung der wichtigsten Leistungsindikatoren (KPIs) zur Verfolgung der Unternehmensleistung und zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungsprozesse.
- Vorbereitung der Berichte für den Verwaltungsrat und die Aktionäre.
- Buchführung und Aufsicht über ausgelagerte Buchhaltungsdienstleister.
- Verwaltung und Durchführung von finanzbezogenen Projekten.
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Finanzwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Finanzwesen oder in einem verwandten Bereich
- Gute bis sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse für Datenanalyse und Modellierung, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine Leidenschaft für Zahlen
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit Analysetools wie Tableau oder Power BI sind von Vorteil
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
