Our client was rated "Good" in its last OFSTED report, and striving for outstanding. The College sees around 15,000 students each year enroll on courses, and their needs are at the heart of everything they do. They have 100% pass rates in around 50 courses delivered, as well as boasting some of the strongest partnerships with employers across Lancashire, which helps prepare students for life after college. The College is looking for a Creative Arts Lecturer, to deliver Creative Arts courses to 16+ year olds students. The creative studies department offers courses across a number of industries, they include Fine Arts, 3D Sculpture, Textiles and Fashion, Graphic Design, Print/Illustration and Photography, Film and Media, Creative Studio Techniques, and Art and Design.

Ensure students achieve their academic potential
To deliver the best practice in learning, teaching and assessing.
Marking and returning students work in accordance with college policies
Complete any continued personal development required (e.g. completing teaching or assessing qualifications

A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one whilst in post
Effective communication skills and ability to work flexibly as part of the college team
GCSE Maths and English C or above
A clear enhanced DBS which the college would process for you
