Salary : Approx. £60-70k

A dynamic, multi-discipline creative event and design studio seeks an experienced Creative Production Director to lead and oversee large-scale projects and activations.

About the Role

You’ll manage end-to-end delivery of immersive brand experiences, inspire and develop a talented team, and ensure projects run seamlessly from concept to completion. With a focus on creativity, team leadership, and operational excellence, you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s future success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Manage teams, supplier relationships, and workflow systems.
  • Oversee proposals, pitches, and sustainable project strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional client service through clear communication and collaboration.
  • Drive team development, culture, and operational efficiency.

About You

  • 10+ years of experience in event/experiential agencies.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong creative, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Interest in sustainability and innovative event production practices.
