Job Title: Clinical Site Lead - Senior Occupational Therapist
Location: Kestrel House School, London
5 hours per week, Mon to Fri 8am-4pm
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
We’re looking for a Clinical Site Lead - Senior Occupational Therapist   with demonstrable leadership skills to join our Kestrel House School based in London. The ideal candidate will be a practicing Senior Occupational Therapist with the ability to manage a multi-disciplinary clinical team. 
Working independently within the overall framework of the service policies and procedures you will work within existing MDT and Clinical Governance structures to support the services in future development and ensuring quality assurance.

Undergraduate or Masters qualification in Occupational Therapy 
Experience of working with people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs (e.g. complex trauma, mental health needs, behaviours of concern)
Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
Experience of lecturing/teaching/training
Skills in the management of data are also important as the role includes collecting and analysing data to inform various pieces of service delivery, development and project work.
