Youll be working as part of a team with strong hydraulic knowledge, in a dynamic customer drive role. As a technical sales support, youll provide technical support and quotations to customers on hydraulic/electrical components and systems, offering excellent customer service and strong technical unbiased advice. The company are a premier supplier of high-quality hydraulic equipment into the Transport, Mobile & Industrial market sectors. We deal with leading distributors including: Parker, Hydro Leduc and many more. Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide technical support to customer enquiries for hydraulic and electrical enquiries
  • Produce and manage customer quotations
  • Follow up on sales leads
The successful candidate will have:
  • Enthusiasm and ambition to provide sound technical advice and excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both written and orally
  • Flexible approach of day-to-day requirements
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and also involvement on team projects
  • Strong hydraulic component and systems experience
  • Knowledge of truck electrification would be also be advantageous
