Accept Recruitment is seeking skilled VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Operators to join our clients warehouse team in CV35. We are hiring for both day and night shifts to support warehouse operations in a dynamic, safety-first environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate VNA equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Accurately pick, stack, and organize inventory within narrow aisles.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety, reporting any issues as they arise.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
  • Support team members and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements:

  • Valid VNA forklift license and minimum 6 months of experience (Client will consider candidates with inhouse licences and expired licences)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
