Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Managing Director at Benbow Steels. The Managing Director will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team, develop and implement business strategies, build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and drive growth and profitability for the company. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement business strategies. Acute problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. An aptitude for nurturing professional relationships with business partners. ACA qualification and Manager level or above from one of the following accountancy firms - PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or Grant Thornton. Industry-specific experience is not mandatory; we value intelligence and the capacity for rapid learning.
