Position: Full Time / Permanent

We are seeking a talented CAD Designer to join our team. As a CAD Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of modular building projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to create detailed drawings and models that adhere to our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Utilize CAD software to create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of modular building components and structures.
Ensure that designs comply with building regulations and industry standards.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation and specifications.
Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit, with a strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
Previous experience in modular construction or a related field is highly desirable.
Knowledge of building regulations and construction standards in the UK.
