We are currently searching for a Storage/BuR engineer to join our team. Were singularly focused on delivering excellence for our customers along with taking care of our people. Job Functions:

  • Upgrade and implement procedures to ensure steady storage, protection of data and adherence to compliance.
  • Provide support and training to various engineers where required.
  • Provide one-touch resolution for all types of incidents and levels of severity and escalating where necessary.
  • Monitor overall system performance and ensure smooth system functionality.
  • Implement standards, policies, and procedures for continual service improvement.
  • Automate and improve everything you can - look for root causes and fix them
  • Proactively look for risks and problems and subsequently fix them.
  • Assist to build in compliance with process and policies.
  • Diagnose and remove performance issues.
  • Can work to ITIL best practices

Your skills and experience:

  • MUST have prior EMC NetWorker experience.
  • Create a backup LLD, including backup schedules spec.
  • Has both a solid understanding and prior experience working with Pure Storage, SAN, NAS, DataProtector and Tape Libraries.
  • Experience in solution architecture would be advantageous.
