Are you a Nurse Qualified Manager looking for a thrilling new opportunity? Our client is seeking a Home Manager for a state-of-the-art Nursing home near Lymm. This family-run provider is known for prioritizing care above all else and offers a supportive and rewarding work environment.

Commutable from Lymm, St Helens, Prescot, Warrington, Wigan, Altrincham & surrounding areas.

As a Home Manager, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of up to £70,000 depending on experience. You'll also benefit from 33 days of annual leave and incredible support from the regional team, ensuring both your development and the residents' needs are always catered for.

As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team to deliver first-class dementia care to service users.

To be considered for the Home Manager role, you'll need:

  • An NMC nursing pin preferred but not essential
  • Home management experience in an elderly care setting to include nursing care
  • A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager.
  • An NVQ in social care management.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and solid values about quality care provision.
