The Role

As the VP of Risk, Security, and IT – Global CISO , you will report directly to the CTO, with a mandate to rebuild and optimise the organisation’s cybersecurity and IT frameworks. Overseeing a global team across regions including the UK, USA, Egypt, Israel, and India, your mission will be to enhance operational efficiency, foster resilience, and embed a culture of security excellence. This is your chance to reorganise and scale teams while shaping operations for a fast-growing, dynamic company.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Lead Organisational Reorganisation & M&A : Optimise team structures, consolidate talent, and improve operational efficiency through automation, regional transitions, and talent consolidation.
  • Drive Incident Response & Business Continuity : Oversee client-facing communications during crises, ensuring swift restoration of operations with minimal impact.
  • Champion Change Management : Establish frameworks to navigate transitions in people, processes, and systems, driving measurable improvements.
  • Deliver Results in High-Pressure Environments : Operate effectively in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed environment, maintaining adaptability and excellence.
  • Build a High-Performing, Global Team : Scale and align a team of 45+ professionals across diverse regions and time zones.
  • Enhance Client Trust : Proactively communicate security strategies, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation efforts to clients.

About You

  • C/CISO Certification : Recognised as an expert in cybersecurity leadership with EC-Council certification.
  • Organisational Transformation Expertise : Proven experience in M&A integrations, organisational redesigns, and scaling global operations.
  • Banking, Financial Services, or Payments Expertise : Deep understanding of the industry and its specific challenges.
  • Private Equity (PE) Background : Experience in PE-backed or similarly dynamic organisations.
  • Incident Response Leadership : Extensive client-facing experience leading incident response and business continuity initiatives.
  • Global Mindset : Skilled at fostering collaboration and alignment across international teams.
