A basic salary of £24,155 with a bonus of £4,800, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services

Do you have exceptional administration experience? You could be the Bodyshop Administrator that we are looking for.

As a Bodyshop Administrator, you’ll provide exceptional administrative support to our team. In return, we’ll support you with development and the opportunity to take your career to the next level.

The role of Bodyshop Administrator will include:

• General administrative tasks within the department
• Managing live job cards
• Processing of invoices as well as organising bookings.
• Dealing with customers face to face.
• Liaising directly with fleet companies to discuss the progress of work.
• Dealing with customers over the phone in a high pressured environment.

To be successful as a Bodyshop Administrator, you’ll need:

• Experience in an administrative role
• Excellent written communications skills and be computer literate
• The ability to build good working relationships is pivotal to this role as you’ll be liaising with suppliers as well as customers
• To have good organisational skills, and be a real team player.
