As NetZero Collective can be based anywhere within the UK, the successful candidate will need to be able to travel to jobs across the country to coordinate retrofit works. You can expect to be responsible for organising your time so that visits to more remote locations are clustered together.
You will also be responsible for auditing the PAS2035 Assessments produced by contracted Retrofit Assessors and to carry out quality checks on assessments where NetZero Collective is the contracting party.

Work closely with our clients to help them better understand their path to decarbonisation
Manage external Retrofit Assessors and potentially Coordinators to deliver PAS2035 services to NetZero Collective clients across the UK
Work with a range of systems and processes, including relevant systems and or databases
Support, assist and deputise for other members of NetZero Collective
Carry out PAS2035 quality checks on assessments
Level 5 Diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordinator and Risk Management. Domestic Energy Assessor/ Retrofit Assessor (Desirable). Strong background in domestic building retrofit. Deep understanding of the principles of Building Physics as relating to fabric of exiting building and potential consequences of retrofit energy efficiency measures. Full driving license and understanding of Health & Safety and working to best practice.
