We’re looking for an Inventory Process Analyst to join us at KP Snacks. You’ll play a key role in making sure our systems and processes are aligned across KP Snacks and DHL, helping us maintain accurate inventory and smooth operations. From training new starters to improving how we manage stock and customer claims, you’ll be the go-to person for making sure everything runs like clockwork. Creating and maintaining clear, user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures and training guides for inventory processes, ensuring consistency across teams and systems
Delivering system training for new starters in the KP Order Management team, helping them build confidence and capability from day one
Collaborating with DHL and KP teams to ensure smooth order flow, resolve operational issues and improve alignment between systems and warehouse operations
Leading monthly reviews with Credit Control to analyse trends in customer claims, escalating root causes and working with Commercial and Finance to drive resolution
