Operational Manager for Surgery & Critical Care
You will develop a diverse range of leadership and management skills within the demanding environment of one of Britain's leading specialist Children's Hospitals.
Responsible to the Service Manager for Surgery and Critical Care (Surgery), you'll liaise at all levels with clerical and clinical staff, including consultants.
You will have a key operational role in service planning, performance management and information analysis, supporting clinical governance as you steer our services toward improvement and development.
Sheffield Children's is one of three independent, specialist paediatric hospitals in the country, providing dedicated healthcare for children and young people across community, mental health and acute specialist settings.
We have three overarching aims that set the direction for the Trust in our vision "to create a healthier future for children and young people."
