With the introduction of new services and a rise in patient activity, we are seeking motivated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Surgical Teams. As a crucial member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care in alignment with our hospital's vision and objectives.
These positions are ideal for registered nurses who are dedicated to patient well-being, possessing a track record of delivering exemplary healthcare and seeking career advancement within a supportive clinical setting.
Adhering to the NMC Code of Conduct and maintaining high standards of clinical practice
Assessing, planning, and delivering personalised care for patients
Ensuring accurate documentation of patient care activities
Collaborating within a team environment, offering guidance to junior staff and assuming senior responsibilities as needed
Hold a BSc in Adult nursing (or equivalent) and hold valid NMC registration
Previous experience in surgical nursing is required
Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude toward patient care, striving for excellence
Familiarity with clinical governance and a commitment to continuous professional development
Possess strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with consultants, colleagues, and patients
