Delta V Automation Engineer (Workstream Lead) | Contract | Pharmaceutical Plant | Hybrid
Position for a DeltaV Automation Engineer to join a new high-value greenfield project from the early stages of design, where you will be responsible for the overall delivery of multiple Automation Systems at a global leading Biopharmaceutical organisation.
This is the ideal role for a DeltaV Automation Engineer who has a strong background in delivering automation systems from design to commissioning and can coordinate with all internal and external vendors to ensure project delivery.
The DeltaV Automation Engineer will work closely with systems integrators and engineering vendors to ensure all deliverables meet project needs and to liaise with senior stakeholders on the project to ensure clear lines of communication.
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation who are currently investing heavily across the site; the projects include upgrade and expansion projects as well as a high-value greenfield project within the facility.
As ENG Bauen continue to support clients across the UK and mainland Europe, this is a fantastic opportunity for an Automation Engineer to step into a long-term contract position with a client investing heavily in the improvement and upgrade projects.
DeltaV Automation Engineer
*12 months contract position - 3 / 4 year project assignment
*Supporting DCS systems interfacing with PLC systems
*Ensuring all software is compliant with S88 standards
*To take multiple DCS/PLC systems from design to commissioning on site
3 plus years of DeltaV design, configuration and testing required
*Must have a background in Automation (full life cycle)
*Strong experience in DeltaV, PLCs, HMIs and OSI PI
