GREAT NEWS… due to the continued expansion of the site, our client has opened their doors to a lively and motivated Production Shift Manager to lead a team to deliver their high-quality products.

The Business:

The site has experienced some investment you will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver projects and manage a number of processes to align with the expansion of the business.

SHIFTS: Monday - Thursday (nights)

Key Responsibilities:
* People Management - lead, motivate and offer appropriate training to the team
* Production Management - coordinate and oversee production schedules to meet customer demands
* Health and Safety - implement and promote a safe working environment
* Quality - ensure products are delivered to a high standard

We are looking to engage with a performance driven leader that has demonstrated success working within a fast-paced environment in the food industry.
