We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and lead its logistics foundations, as well as scaling their technology as the organisation grows.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on ensuring that clients receive exceptional experiences, and get the opportunity to contribute to various growth projects.
A British warehouse-to-doorstep delivery platform focused on scaling and adapting existing LogisticsTech to the latest e-commerce trends. The startup already helps leading retailers across the UK deliver goods to customers using an innovative network that guarantees a faster, more affordable, and environmental alternative compared to existing solutions.
Lead our portfolio’s engineering efforts across routing, operational efficiency, core services and API.
Scale the logistics foundations in tandem with business growth, starting from a single team and evolving into an organisation of teams.
Spend time in the field gaining a visceral understanding of how couriers and end customers experience our portfolio’s technology.
Enjoyment in the transition to management, while remaining deeply passionate about (and skilled at) building technology.
Curiosity for all aspects of our Venture’s business, and excitement to work together with leaders across operations, finance, and commercial functions.
You appreciate and exercise clear communication, active listening, and intentional collaboration in English.
Please note that we are looking for support in the LONDON office of our portfolio company.
